Cancelation Policy:

We understand that plans can change.  If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48hours prior to your appointment. 

Failure to cancel 48hrs before your scheduled appointment will result in a late cancelation charge of 50% of the cost of service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of service.

*The practitioner reserves the right to decline service or cancel appointments at any time.

 

Children and Pets

Pets are not allowed in the facility unless they are active service animals.

To maintain a serene and relaxing environment for all guests we kindly request that you make childcare arrangements when visiting the spa. 

 

The Maintenance Plan Membership Terms:

The Maintenance Plan is a membership program that allows you to purchase a balance that can be used for services. Refill options available any time after initial purchase of $349 for the "Maintenance Plan Membership".

Memberships are only valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.  A pre-paid membership balance can be applied to different services for the duration of the membership.
All membership purchases and balances, including refills and services booked and paid for using a membership balance, are non-refundable. 

Balances may only be applied to services from Juhliah and cannot be applied to gift cards or retail items.

The Maintenance Plan Membership purchases and pre-existing balances are non-refundable once purchased.

The Maintenance Plan memberships may be canceled at any time by the customer, however the balance remaining is not refundable and can only be redeemed towards services provided by Juhliah. The practitioner may also reserve her right to deny service, and or cancel the Maintenance Plan Membership at any time.
